Overview

  • To understand the basic structure of the NEAX 2000 IPS/IVS & the NEAX 7400 ICS 120 PABX.
  • To gain knowledge of Customer Administration tasks such as :- Station moves and changes via a Dterm Telephone using CAT mode or a Personal Computer.
  • This course is designed to give an understanding of Customer Administration with an emphasis on practical usage.

Pre-requisites

It is advantageous to have completed Basic Telephony PC12 or have equivalent knowledge.
